The Eta Society hosts a formal selection process during every spring and select fall semesters. Spring recruitment begins with applications during the Fall Semester and a recruitment period in the Spring Semester. Fall recruitment begins with applications opening during the late summer and recruitment during the Fall semester.

We are a diverse group of individuals and we welcome all to undergo this process. Applications for our fall 2025 recruitment cycle will open August 25th for second years and above. Spring recruitment is open to all years, and applications will open later in the semester.
